Well, it seems that many of you agree that RM has sort of gotten into a rut. Rather than stay in the rut, what can we do to get out of it??? We can try to do everything at once (i.e. total hotel RM, strategic thinking, integration, data analytics), but I think that trying to do everything has sort of been what got us into this problem in the first place.
Given that it's the dawn of 2020, like me, you may be thinking about your New Year's Resolutions. Let's come up with some New Year's Resolutions for RM! I put together a short video that goes through my resolution ideas. What are yours? Would love to hear them!
