Adversity Playbook and Checklist

Survey respondents provided great advice on managing through a disruption! We've compiled their words of wisdom into an 'Adversity Playbook and Checklist' that you can use to help you develop ideas for not only getting through Covid-19, but also for other disruptions that you might encounter in the future.

We want to help others who have been affected by the pandemic, so have decided to have all proceeds go to the United Nations High Commission on Refugees (UNHCR). As you might expect, the coronavirus is having a major impact on refugees throughout the world. We'd like to show them some hospitality spirit.
